Islands of Adventure

Islands of Adventures opened in 2000 in Orlando, Florida. It is a theme park with many different roller coaster rides and attractions. It has 5 different "worlds" if you want to call it that in the park, "worlds" like: Seuss Landing, which has the theme of Dr. Seuss; The Lost Continent, which has a fairy tale theme of dragons, unicorns, and Poseidon; The Marvel Super Hero Island, which has Spiderman, x-men, Dr. Doom; Toon Lagoon, which features Popeye, Betty Boop, and etc. and last but not least is Jurassic Park, which of course is about dinosaurs.

Marvel Super Hero Island has rides like: The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman where it’s a 3D virtual roller coaster and you go in and battle all the bad guys. Doctor Doom’s Fearfall is where you will go 150 ft up in the air and drop. Storm Force Acceleration is where basically you’re in a tea cup thing and will spin around pretty fast. The last is the most amazing roller coaster of all time called The Incredible Hulk Coaster. This amazing roller coaster goes from 0 to 40 in 2 seconds with many turns and spins.

Toon Lagoon has fun rides too. Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls is a fun water ride where YOU WILL GET SOAKED! Then there is Popeye and Bluto’s Bilge Rat Barges where you are going to get soaked then too :)

Jurassic Park River Adventure is a water ride and at the end you do a big drop before getting ate by a T-rex. Then we have Pteranodon Flyers where you go around flying in a hanger.

The Lost Continent has Poseidon’s Fury which is a little show that has much action through it and is definitely is something you need to see. The Flying Unicorn is a little miniature roller coaster that was made for little kids so they could go on them which is fun too if you ask me. Then they have another roller coaster called Dueling Dragons, this is a roller coaster between either choosing ice or fire with the dragons and basically its two roller coasters all in one.

Dr. Seuss Landing has The Cat in the Hat this ride is fun for all ages, but mainly this little section is made for littler ones.

I would definitely recommend going to this park it’s so fun and it never leaves anyone unsatisfied or leaving unhappy.
