Jack the Ripper

Jack the Ripper was the name given to a serial killer who roamed the streets of London, England in 1888. He was famous for reeling in prostitutes and killing them by slitting their throats and removing their internal organs from their bodies. The killer was never identified which is why this is one of the most famous cases in history. These killings were known as “The Whitechapel Killings.”
Here are some of the known victims:
Mary Ann Nichols nicknamed Poly was discovered at 3:40 A.M. on the ground in front of a gated stable in Buck Row Street in a back alleyway. Her throat was slit twice and her abdomen was severed severely by stabbing wounds facing downward.
Annie Chapman nick named Dark Annie was found at 6 A.M. was found lying in the back yard of 29 Hanbury Street. Again like Mary her throat was cut twice and her abdomen exposed open with the removal of her uterus.
Elizabeth Stride nick named Long Liz was discovered at 1 A.M. lying on the ground in Dutfield’s yard off Berner Street. She was cut on the throat and only suffered from severe blood loss as they think the attacker was disturbed during this time.
Catherine Eddows was found the next day previous Elizabeth. Her throat was cut twice and her abdomen was exposed with a missing kidney and a major part of her uterus was missing.
Mary Jane Kelly nick named Ginger was discovered at 10:45 A.M. on her bed I her apartment. Her body mutilated as her throat was cut all the way down to her spine. All her internal organs were missing including her heart.
Other alleged victims that COULD HAVE been by the ripper are Emma Elizabeth Smith who survived the attack but later at the hospital slipped in to a coma and died, Martha Tabram suffered from 39 stab wounds and died, Rose Mylett who was strangled by a cord, Alice Mckenzie who suffered a cordial to the right artery, but her body showed bruises and cuts as if struggling, The Pinchin Street Torso who was found with the head and legs cut off, but this could have been the doings of another serial killer at the time called “Torso Killer,” last but not least Frances Cole suffered from a head injury from being thrown before her throat was cut.
Many clues lead back to Jack the Ripper but there never was a suspect. Now there are many movies you can watch that hit Hollywood about this famous serial killer. One thing is for sure this guy was pretty sick.
